BORN Iso Pro Sports Drink + Bottle

Born ISO PRO Sports Drink is an isotonic sports drink with a refreshing taste. Endurance exercise requires optimal glycogen stores and hydration. With of a clever blend of carbohydrates and minerals, Born Iso Pro Sports Drink is designed to meet your body’s exact needs in this regard.

The carbohydrates in the Born Iso Pro Sports Drink mix come from various sources and have a 2:1 glucose:fructose ratio. This ratio enables maximum carbohydrate intake of up to 90 grams per hour. The added minerals support effective regulation of your fluid balance. Born Iso Pro Sports Drink also has an isotonic concentration, which means it is absorbed into the bloodstream very quickly.

Recommended use: Hydrate before exercise by drinking 500 ml. Hydrate regularly during exercise by taking approximately 250 ml every 20 minutes when doing endurance activities lasting more than 1.5 hours. Once prepared, the sports drink must be consumed within 24 hours.

Preparation: Dissolve 4 measuring spoons (40 grams) in 500 ml of water (1 water bottle). Shake well before use.
